Next Level Gems ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Pavel Gadas, with registered office in Brno, Czech Republic, Business ID (IČO) 14414171. We sell handcut fine gemstones through this website, nextlvlgems.com. Pavel Gadas is the data controller responsible for your personal data. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to take and fulfil your order:

• Your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, when you place an order or contact us.
• Order details, such as the stones you buy and the amount paid.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

We never see or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider.

How we use your information

• To process, fulfil and ship your order.
• To send you order confirmations and respond to your messages.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as for tax and accounting.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe, to take payment securely.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

Each of these processes your data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and storage

We use only essential cookies and local storage to make the shop work, for example to remember the items in your bag. You can read the details on our Cookie Policy page.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email info@nextlvlgems.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Security

Payments run over an encrypted connection and are handled by Stripe. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Orders, pricing and returns

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and exclude tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. Every stone is one of a kind, so once a stone is sold it is no longer available. If you have a question about an order or would like to arrange a return, contact us at info@nextlvlgems.com and we will help you personally.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
