About

The Gem Cutter
From collecting minerals as a kid to becoming a professional gem cutter, it has been a long journey. Today, every gemstone I cut reflects years of learning, patience, and respect for the material itself.
My goal is simple: to reveal the beauty already hidden within each crystal and create gems that stay true to their natural character.
Pavel Gadas, Brno, Czech Republic. Every stone in the collection is cut with precision, one facet at a time, and shown exactly as it is.
The process
From rough to finished stone
Want to see how a stone came to life? The mini-documentary captures the key moments of the cutting process, from the rough crystal to the last polished facet. The complete version is on our YouTube channel.
Two crafts, one philosophy
Precision, artistry & craftsmanship
A curated selection from the collection, photographed resting on a Japanese Nakiri knife with a hamon line. The setting is deliberate: precision, artistry and craftsmanship are exactly what matters in faceting too.
A hand-forged blade with a hamon embodies that same dedication to sharpness and detail. Two different crafts, one shared philosophy.
